Want to protect your skin? Follow these rules

The best way of removing colour stain from clothes and skin: Sit back at home and don’t play HOLI! But who are we kidding! By hook or crook, the bright splotches are going to make their way.

Holi is just around the corner and going wild with colours is very much the essence of this festival but what if the gulal you’re playing with, is ‘not’ herbal? Some of them are harsh chemicals that can irritate your skin. Right after playing Holi, we get into unholy methods like scrubbing, backbreaking and many more for clearing our skin.

Hence, we bring you 5 incredibly easy tip to get Holi colours off your skin.

  1. Stay Hydrated, drink lots of water, juice and liquid.

  1. Oil your hair well before you start playing. Coconut and Olive Oil are fine options to protect your hair from harsh colours.

  1. If you don't want the harsh colours to still on your face and body, avoid sitting in the Hot sun.

  1. Avoid colours like Purple, green and yellow. Use more colours like red or pink, which can be easily taken off.

  1. Don't forget to cover your head with bandana or scarf.
