Piles & Pregnancy do not go hand-in-hand

Piles can ruin the beautiful phase of pregnancy and one is sure to encounter some of the worst possible unforeseen complications. This is an issue of major discomfort and can be pokey, rough and unmanageable for many.

When you have piles, make sure you follow these rules to keep yourself fit and healthy.

Try not to sleep on your back if you are suffering from piles. Make sure you lie down on your left.

Kegel exercises are not only for smooth delivery or stress removal but also highly effective for piles treatment during pregnancy.

Never push hard while passing bowels.

Take a good warm bath to elevate your senses and feel better.

Drink lots of water. Do not sit or stand in the same position for a long time.
