Flabby Arms Are Not A Big Deal Anymore

Durga Puja- the most awaited and auspicious festival of the Bengalis is just a few days to go. Bong ladies are already busy shopping, arranging for jewelleries, make-ups and last but not the least toning up their bodies to slay it.

We bring you here some easy exercises to get rid of your flabby arms in just 30 days.

Triceps dips:By placing your arms behind your back and grip a bench or a rack and lower your body with your elbows on the side. Push your body back up using your triceps.

Push-ups: With your palms down and shoulders-width apart,lower your chest till it is almost touching the surface. Breathe in and out and return to starting position.

Triceps kickbacks: Take two 1ltr bottles or dumbbells in each hand, bend your knees slightly, keep your back straight and lean slightly forward. Extend your arms back and forth resting using only triceps.

Good-bye waves:By raising your arms to your shoulder level by your sides,wave your palms and move faster and wave for one minute.

Arm Stretches: Raise your hands above your head, pull your right with your left hand left wards with your hands behind your head and repeat the same on the other side.
