  1. First and foremost, go for regular doctor check up to assure that your baby is safe.
  2. Do take the required amount of vitamins, be it in the form of medicines or natural food.
  3. If you have a habit of smoking or drinking alcohol, then QUIT IT.
  4. Cut down your consumption of caffeine.
  5. Have completely cooked food not half boiled or half cooked. Consult a dietician if necessary.
  6. Try eating a lot of vegetables and healthy food.
  7. Drinking water is mandatory during pregnancy. Drink a lot of water.
  8. Stretching makes your muscles more flexible and gives you comfort. So, try out some stretching as per your instructor’s advice.
  9. Take short walks. It helps you relax and regulates the blood flow in your body.
  10. Take regular power naps. They give you energy and even keep the baby healthy.
