Did you ever heard of a coffee nap? Bet you didn’t! But now make your regular routine much better with this coffee nap. We often tend to feel low at work after a half day but there’s a magical solution to this. Overcome your midday drowsiness with is magical solution which is a coffee nap. This coffee nap is drinking a cup of coffee and then taking a quick nap for 20-30mins.

The concept of coffee nap is very simple, drinking a cup of coffee 20mins before taking a nap, the brain’s sleeping system actually get manipulated to work in favour. Sleeping naturally clears adenosine and while waking up right before the brain gets into deep stages of sleep, the receptors which are filled by adenosine before, get binded by caffeine

Caffeine is filled with adenosine which is a neurotransmitter responsible for making drowsy and sleepy. It is a by-product of brain activity and is produced by our body while awake, thus while sipping a cup of coffee  it releases adenosine making us feel tired and drowsy thus leading to a small nap.
