This Lok Sabha, the B-town diva Deepika Padukone was seen surrounded by rumours of her holding Danish Citizenship. She was being trolled on the social media platforms considering this rumour as a truth. Putting all the fake rumours aside, Deepika was seen proudly flaunting her inked fingers for the media after casting her vote in Mumbai.
Deepika was seen dressed in white oversized T-shirt with rugged denims when she stepped out of the polling booth and posed for the paparazzo. She crushed all the rumour when she posted a picture of her with her inked finger which hushed all the trolls doubting her citizenship. Deepika’s hubby, Ranveer Singh was also seen casting his vote and posting a photo on Instagram encouraging people to vote this election.
Deepika is currently shooting for her film ‘Chhapak’ which is directed by Meghna Gulzar where Deepika will be seen playing a character of an acid-attack survivor Laxmi.
