Saudi Arabia is a tough country to survive in,women are even barred from participation in any sports.
In an attempt to make life wee bit easier for women, the country has opened female-only gyms in every district. The main aim for the gym center to open was to give womenaccessto the recreational activities without any hesitation.
The gym license was issued at the end of February, stated Princess Rima Bint Bander. She has confirmed that the purpose of these district gyms is strictly for fitness and no other activities. Princess Rima said, “It is not my role to convince society, but my role is limited to opening the doors for our girls to live a healthy lifestyle, away from diseases that result from obesity and lack of movement.”
