Menstrual hygiene is very important for every women.
The schools in Agra took a very progressive step keeping that in mind. 26 schools in Agra will soon get sanitary pad vending machines installed. These machines are gifted by the social entrepreneur and founder of Niine; Amar Tulsiyan, in order to create awareness menstrual hygiene and ‘de-stigmatize’ this natural occurrence.
As per the reports, the CEO of Shudh Plus hygiene products signed a MoU of Rs. 80 crore. They will donate 20 more vending machines and menstrual toolkits in Varanasi, Allahabad and other small towns and cities across the state.
