Are you a lost & tired soul?

We are all vulnerable. As human beings, we can’t always be as invincible every now-and-then. When we go through some periods in life that leave us feeling mentally drained and emotional. We have to remember that our life is a mixed resultant of both physical body and soul.

Just like our body, we ought to give our soul some rest once in awhile for rejuvenation. When our soul decides to go into deep sleep, it can be pretty hard for us to find the motivation to do anything. Well, we might have the mental resilience that enables us to toughen up during the hard times. But, when our soul goes into deep rest, it can be very difficult to be optimistic. We are bound to feel pessimistic and down. The worst part, we can’t x-ray whether our soul is broken or fractured. We won’t find any medicine or bandage up to cover the pain anyhow. So, treat your soul with absolute love and utmost care.

1. All you really want to do is lie down and we feel it. You turn into an insomniac. In theory, you aren’t really doing anything that is physically exhausting and drain your energy. Your soul is very much tired and needs some time off.

2. Try not to tire yourself. The tiredness in your soul can be manifested in form of physical pain throughout your body.

3. Sometimes you have battles with mild panic attacks and spells of anxiety. You are always inclined towards negativity and it’s really eating you. You tend to drift towards bitter, negativity and angry thoughts even though you have an upbeat and positive attitude.

Try not to let things play out the way that they are, these may cause serious mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia and other. Try to consult a doctor.
