3 Hydrated Drinks by Grandma

Are you actually sweating now onwards predicting the amount of heat to be generated this summer? No worries! Our old grandma is all here to share a few recipes that will definitely keep us hydrated and relaxed this summer.

Grilled pineapple drink: Cook the pineapple slices in a grilled oven for 5 to 6 minutes. Keep it there until it is charred.  Then take it out and let it cool for some time. Mix 4 cups of hot water along with sugar in a pan and stir continually till the sugar gets dissolved completely. Now put lemon juice and pineapple in a blender and make it relatively smoother. Then strain the mix and add the sugar mixture. Don’t forget to discard the solid wastes. Put some ice into it and serve.

Strawberry juice: Most of us love strawberry so get some strawberry from the market and mix strawberry and sugar in a glass. Add some lemon to the mixture. Blend it properly till the sugar gets dissolved completely. If you want to make it a cocktail then adding gin is possible.  Then strain the liquid using a strainer and throw away the thick material. Serve the liquid drink garnishing it with fruits on top of it.

Black pepper and cubed sugar drink: Suffering from common cough and cold in this season change? Here is the solution. Add some water in a bowl and boil it. While boiling, add some bay leaves, clove, black pepper, cubed sugar to make it slightly pungent. Sip it slowly like tea before it gets cold.
